WWE 12 just had its 3rd DLC pack released adding Randy Savage, Batista and Mick Foley. Also released is masked Kane from attitude era, and Brodus Clay (before Funkasaurus). I wanted to share with you my roster and my stables as I’ve spent quite a bit of time to get it the way I want. Universe mode is fun but I still wish there was better AI that didn’t put same stable-mates against each other. Either way, a fun game and thanks to the 3rd DLC I have renewed interest in it.

As you can see I don’t give much to the women’s division as it really doesn’t interest me, but thanks to Nattie, Beth and Kharma it’s half decent. As for stables I had the new formation of the nWo take over Raw with Macho Man leading the group. On Smackdown the heel stable “Doom” is quite dominant with Vader leading that group, with Brodus creeping up the ranks right behind him.
I did this just for a fun Friday write up as I enjoy the game big time and am interested in what you think of my set up. If you’ve noticed, no John Cena. LOL! I would love to hear about your roster/stables that you have and any storylines that you’re doing yourself. It almost reminds me of playing with my action figures when I was younger and making up feuds and alliances. Thanks for the read and I hope you enjoyed. I always put my created superstar, whom by the way is awesome, with Zack Ryder, Dolph Ziggler & Alicia Fox/Eve. I have not yet created an interesting name for them.
I’ve still to download Brodus Clay, sorta disappointed they didn’t do the Funk version.
Oh, btw, my favourite stable you have there is Sin City. All awesome.

Cena just because I don’t enjoy him much. lol. I perhaps might bring him in for a special run. Orton is taking a break right now. lol. Sometimes when I get sick of them I just bench them for a while.
Clay is awesome in the game I must say. Great moves and pretty easy to use. I’m disappointed about it, too. Fuuuuuunky.
Sin City is awesome! LOL. They’re pretty strong and that’s without my help pushing them.

Lol! Cena annoys me in the game cos hes quite hard to beat up. He’s durability must be quite high. I love using Booker T in the game, I don’t use universe mode I just have exhibition title matches.
I downloaded Clay today, he is pretty good but when using him I do his sig follow it up with the finisher and then pick the opponent up, run the ropes and hit the WHAT THE FUNK move 😛
I wish Tyson Kidd got more TV opportunities, he’s great. Hope Sin Cara returns and I hope Justin Gabriel gets the IC belt.

Booker T is awesome! His move set is pretty good. So you do your own What The Funk? I’ll have to try.
I had my first injury last night. My buddy from my old work place told me he had an injury, so I tried to do the limb target system. I had Batista injure Vader and it said it could be career ending, but he did eventually come back. Never had that happen before. 🙂

Yeah, it’s just the same move that he finishes with in real life. The fall of humanity which is now called What The Funk. I hate using finishers that aren’t what they use in real life so to end the match realistically I hit the ropes and hit the crossbody.
Does universe mode have injuries? I never knew. I haven’t actually played universe mode whatsoever. It just doesn’t interest me because I hate when it creates stupid matches like Triple H vs Vladimir Koslov. Or Santino Marella vs John Cena.

I really have lost interest in WWE games over the past few years. Not having a storyline mode is killing me. RTWM is ok, but a far cry from past games. Universe mode is just annoying.
The 2011 SvR was said to be better, but wasn’t. This year I felt much the same. ’12 is the game, with a different (less creative) name. I don’t get all the hype for it.
Nonetheless, your setup looks nice.

Yeah I really miss the storyline mode. This universe thing doesn’t cut it at all. The only thing that makes it fun is my imagination. Even with that it gets a bit repetitive. Hopefully they make a comeback with it, because 12 is basically SvR11 like you said. Just v.2.

I haven’t gotten a WWE game since SvR 2012. Doubt I’ll get this either. Not a gamer really anymore. I only really play Football games now. I have a few UFC games, I prefer them than wrestling games now.

I have been saying for years that WWE games need a two player story mode – more than the feedble Ray and Bastista RTWM thing they did 3-4 years back. Like a story mode that goes on and on.
Or just a story mode in general where you start as an unsigned wokrer trying to get signed then work your way up to the belt, winning gets you there and losses put you back – nice and simple with feuds along the way. WWF Attitude had the best story mode IMO. Smackdown 2 had an epic one too.

This looks good, way more organised than my WWE Universe! Due to downloads from DLC and CAWs (those WWE ones missing from the game, and TNA/ROH talent), mine is chaotic! But also Cena is currently missing on mine, he’s injured (to the cheers of the WWE Universe).
