Personal Life

He has talked about growing up in poverty with an abusive and alcoholic father. He went college in Anderson, South Carolina, on a partial wrestling scholarship after graduating from Johnson High School in Gainesville, Georgia, class of 1996. He is married with 3 sons. And has gotten a tattoo down the right side his body that reads AJ 05-03-05 02-14-07 09-15-09 and represents the initials and birth dates of his three children. He is a Christian. He states that in his life, “It’s God first and family second.”

How he has impressed me throughout his career…

He has helped shape TNA. He in my opinion helped make not Jeff Hardy. And TNA seems to realize and respect that. He is a great highflyer. It seems like he is just a natural when it comes to wrestling. Phenomenal really is the perfect word to describe him. TNA saw what they had and took advantage of it. It wouldn’t matter where he goes. He is just all around entertaining.
