Triple H accompanies Floyd Mayweather Jr. to the ring in Las Vegas
(via WWE.com)
Floyd Mayweather Jr. had a little extra muscle in his corner this past Saturday in Las Vegas when WWE COO Triple H – sporting a brace and a small sling over his broken left arm – accompanied the undefeated boxing champion to the ring for his highly anticipated bout against Miguel Cotto.
The practice isn’t exactly new for the prizefighter known as “Money,” who can often be seen with rapper 50 Cent at his side when the takes the long walk from the training room to the squared circle. But his entourage expanded considerably at the MGM Grand Garden Arena this past Saturday, when The King of Kings and singer Justin Bieber joined 50 Cent in backing WrestleMania XXIV veteran Mayweather.
“I’ve been friends with Floyd since [WrestleMania XXIV],” The Game told WWE.com reporters. “Quite frankly, I was just going to see the fight, and then he sent word that he wanted to see me before the fight and asked if I wanted to walk down to the ring with him.”
The Game was part of an impromptu entourage of sorts that included 50 Cent and Bieber, who is one of Mayweather’s daughter’s pop idols and was in town for the fight.
“It was quite the interesting trio,” the WWE COO conceded.
Though The Game was showing the effects of an attack by Brock Lesnar this past week on Raw SuperShow, it didn’t stop him from enjoying the pulse-pounding bout. The multiple-time World Champion addressed his injuries and speculation within the locker room and across the WWE Universe.

Punk Tweets on Same Sex Marriage, Tells Fan to “Kill Himself”
(via WrestleZone.com – edited by Big Andy G of WrestlingRambles.com)
WWE Heavyweight Champion CM Punk recently took to Twitter and shared his thoughts on same sex marriage and the issue of proposal 1 in North Carolina, which will legally define a marriage as a union between one man and one woman.
Additionally, as you can see in the Tweets below, when a fan disagreed with Punk, and posted “Man was meant for woman, and even the thought of homo’s make me sick,” Punk responded to the fan by Tweeting “kill yourself:”
“@EzeeKay: @CMPunk man was meant for woman, and even the thought of homo's make me sick.”
Kill yourself.
CM Punk (@CMPunk) May 07, 2012
Amendment 1 is ridiculous. It's an invasion of people's rights. North Carolina, why do you care if somebody wants to marry who they love?
CM Punk (@CMPunk) May 07, 2012
Same sex marriage should be legal. The fact that it's illegal is embarrassing.
CM Punk (@CMPunk) May 07, 2012
Divorce rate is at least 50% between men and women, so don't give me the values angle.
CM Punk (@CMPunk) May 07, 2012
Making same sex marriage illegal is the same as having segregated drinking fountains. Embarrassing. The human race is embarrassing. #evolve

(Big Andy G’s Note: I admit, I have bisexual tenancies, after reading what CM Punk tweeted @CMPunk, I have never respected Phil Brooks more. If you’re happy with someone the same gender as you then us at WrestlingRambles.com wish you all the best of luck in your future together as a couple. Screw what anyone-else says, if you’re comfortable then go for it. We do not see anything wrong with homosexual relationships, at the end of the day homosexuals are exactly the same as everyone-else. It doesn’t matter if you’re Gay/Straight/Bisexual/Asexual, you’re doing the world no harm whatsoever. Take care of yourselves though, always be careful, other than that, you do what you feel makes you happiest).
WRESTLING RAMBLES REMEMBERS A GREAT

Your best column yet Andy!
Great humour yet seriousness. It was wrong out of Punk to encourage a guy to kill himself! But I agree with Punk’s views.
Sucks to hear about Goldust, if I didn’t rant on the 3 idiots earlier in the week, maybe I would of on this! lol

My gay cousin is from New York and they made it legal for gay people to marry just last year. He got married in August and it has helped the economy. I just don’t get the big deal.

I’ll help name the tag champs, when I pull out a check from my mailbox, from WWE; that’s their job.

As always, aowmese article. I think this actually might be one of my favourites that you’ve done, if only because the show itself was so good. I obviously like wrestling humour and a large part of that is making fun of stupid stuff, but reading so much positivity (especially the part about Punk) was pretty cool. Not that you don’t ever find the positive aspects in all the shows anyway, but you know what I mean. Other highlights for me – Getting across my exact views on John Cena and his defining heroic moment in a far better way than I ever could. – Christian as a male WWE diva, which I never realised but is amazing.- Chavo Guerrero sucks. – Big Show being injured sounding like Frank The Tank, which is hilarious. – Basically all of that, to be honest. Oh and the only thing I sort of like about Cole constantly harping on Bryan for being a nerd is how much Booker T springs to D-Bryan’s defence.
