Last night at Payback WWE aired a promo advertising the return of former WWE, ECW, and TNA World Heavyweight Champion Rob Van Dam. The promo revealed that Van Dam will return at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view event which takes place on July 14, 2013 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
